This wine comes from the assembly of two distinct 500 L first passage French oak tonneaux, each aged for a duration of 18 months + 7 months in the bottle. Fermentation takes place in state-of-the-art steel fermenters at a controlled temperature of 22-24°C. The must remains in contact with the skins for 16-18 days.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red, with violet reflections.
The nose has intense aromas of small ripe red and black fruits with evident notes of cherries in alcohol, black cherry and plum. The wood is present, well integrated in the aroma of the wine.
The entrance to the palate is soft and velvety. A very good tannic texture supports a pleasant and balanced acidity. The finish is pleasant with a sweet and spicy finish.
